The proceedings will be published in the journal "Computational Materials Science" which is published by Elsevier. The last date for submission of manuscripts is 15 August 2004. Papers for invited talks and contributions will be upto 6 and 4 printed pages, respectively. All papers will be reviewed according to the standard procedure of the journal.
