Abstracts should be submitted to the organizer via JTB-system (AMARYS) before 15th October as PDF file and Microsoft Word file, in the following format: All abstracts must fit into one A4 page (including figures and references), aligned in width, using 11 point font and type Times New Roman, one and half spacing, 2.0 cm left and right margins, 2.0 cm spacing from the top and 4.0 cm spacing from the bottom of the sheet (Please use the "sample_format_docx" file). The type of presentation, oral or poster, should be selected, although the final choice will be made by the Programme Advisory and Execution Committee.

(3) Any abstracts arrive the Committee after the deadline may NOT be in the book of abstracts, but be on a separated paper. (4) Size of your posters should be: 113cm (width) X 166cm (height), different from previous size! |
