This includes abstract, coffee break, snack, lunch on 11th, pickup bus to and from Matsushima.

-Banquet charge (on 10th February): 10,000JPY

-Accommodation charge for Matsushima: 20,000JPY (Students: 15,000JPY)
This includes dinner on 11th, breakfast and lunch on 12th

A few important notes:

Hotel:
"Hotel Bel Air Sendai" is the official hotel for ACCMS-VO6. We will reserve a room for you accordingly.
Please provide your accommodation plan on line as part of the registration process. Abstract: Abstract should be submitted through on-line registration.

Visa:
Please be aware and careful about visa requirements. If you need Japanese visa, please provide the information when you register. We will send you documents for visa application accordingly.

Payment:
Only credit card payment is available. Please pay the fees on line as part of the registration process.

Cancellations:
On-line registration can be modified or canceled until December 25, 2011.
Please be careful no registration fee will be refunded after December 25, 2011.
If you register banquet only, no banquet charge will be refunded after January 31, 2012.
Hotel cancellation is according their cancel policy.
