Abstracts should be submitted through e-mail at the address All abstracts must fit into one A4 page (including figures and references), aligned in width, using 11 point font and type Times New Roman, one and half spacing, 2.0 cm left and right margins, 2.0 cm spacing from the top and 4.0 cm spacing from the bottom of the sheet. The type of presentation, oral or poster, should be selected, although the final choice will be made by the Programme Advisory and Execution Committee. Please read the following information carefully: (1) Submit your abstract as PDF file. (2) Color figures are NOT acceptable. (3) Any abstracts arrive the Committee after October 13th may not be in the book of abstracts, but be on a separated paper. (4) Please put the word 'ABSTRACT' and your name in a subject box of your message, when you send us your abstract. (5) Please put the word 'REGISTRATION' in your subject box, when you send us your registration form. (6) DO send your information to accmsvo5@imr.edu. DO NOT send it via FAX or to our other e-mail addresses.
