We will book the Hotel Taikanso for you only on 8th.
We do not make a hotel reservation on 7th. However, we make a list of some hotels around the meeting venue. See the hotel information and make a reservation by yourself.

Matsushima is far from Sendai (about 30km) and it is recommended to stay at Hotel Taikanso, in case you attend the banquet.
